Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with speed and precision
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues on first contact
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings
- Positive attitude with strong customer-first mindset
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
