Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction processes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution times and CSAT scores
- Participate in ongoing product and service training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in a B2B/B2C environment
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available for flexible scheduling including weekends
