Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2C/B2B environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multi-channel support tools
- Ability to navigate complex systems while maintaining composure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Spanish bilingual fluency highly valued
- Passion for continuous learning and adaptability
