- Process orders, returns, and billing adjustments efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings and policies
- Contribute to team improvement initiatives weekly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask 10+ customer interactions simultaneously
- Spanish bilingual certification strongly preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
