Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and digital communications with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve product/service inquiries through multi-channel support (phone, email, chat)
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference solutions
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a B2B or B2C environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Spanish bilingual certification highly desirable
