- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Attitude: Positive attitude, patience, and a strong desire to help others.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
