Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective, long-term solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products, services, and internal processes.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex cases to senior management when necessary while ensuring the customer remains informed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on empathy and active listening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software systems (CRM experience preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote/hybrid candidates.
