Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Resolve complex inquiries and complaints using empathy and solution-focused communication
- Maintain detailed CRM records to ensure seamless handoffs and accurate tracking
- Collaborate with sales and tech teams to address multi-channel customer needs

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in previous roles
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously with strong attention to detail
