Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if working remotely/hybrid.
