- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and multi-channel communication
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining compliance standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated product/service concerns
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through personalized solutions
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-contact environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional active listening and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
