Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience and company revenue
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including first-call resolution and satisfaction scores
- Contribute to process improvements through regular team feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or related field
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
