- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues with empathy
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems

- Meet/exceed performance metrics for satisfaction and resolution rates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends
