Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues seamlessly
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through quality service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in customer service or call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
