Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer interactions across phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and product inquiries with first-call resolution
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce CRM while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical and billing teams for escalated issues
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through personalized support
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in B2B or tech environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Spanish fluency required (English proficiency mandatory)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
