Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in Salesforce CRM while maintaining 99.9% data accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance client experience
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product/service catalog
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Mentor new team members during onboarding
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple channels
- Associate degree or equivalent certification
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work evenings/weekends as needed
