What You Will Do:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM systems.
- Accurately update and maintain customer account records and history.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
