Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
