- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail

- Maintain deep product knowledge across our SaaS solutions

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in tech or SaaS
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral American accent
