- Document interactions accurately in our ticketing system for quality assurance
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs and business objectives

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings while maintaining composure
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish/French bilingualism highly advantageous
