Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process and verify shipping orders, tracking numbers, and inventory adjustments accurately.
- Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Utilize our CRM system to update customer accounts and maintain detailed records.
- Identify and escalate potential operational issues to management immediately.
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve product knowledge and service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
