Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer tickets and inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and account concerns with speed and accuracy.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the Product team to identify common issues and suggest improvements.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic tone to ensure high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical assistance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficient in using computer systems and basic office software.
