Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic frameworks using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational structures
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Oversee the creation of early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Mentor senior leadership in strategic foresight methodologies
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurism with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record of implementing successful long-term strategic initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on technological/societal forecasting
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning software)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
