- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in English and target language(s)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients through solutions

Qualifications
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, etc.)
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
