Responsibilities
- Assembly Operations: Perform routine assembly tasks and product construction according to detailed blueprints and standard operating procedures.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards and customer specifications.
- Machinery Operation: Operate industrial machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, reporting shortages or discrepancies promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure production targets are met on time.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Visa Status: Must be a Green Card holder or possess an active EB3 Visa.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform manual labor in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic reading comprehension of technical manuals or assembly diagrams is a plus.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time, day-shift hours (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM).
