Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI systems, focusing on the capabilities and challenges expected by 2026.
- Pioneering Research: Lead R&D initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Multi-Agent Systems to push the boundaries of current technology.
- Prototype Development: Build high-fidelity prototypes of future AI architectures, testing hypotheses and validating concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and legal teams to ensure AI solutions align with business goals and ethical guidelines.
- Future-Proofing: Analyze emerging technologies and regulatory trends to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities in the evolving AI landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research or software engineering, with a proven track record of shipping complex systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and technical specifications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and technical teams alike.
