- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into global AI regulations, competitor innovations, and shifting user behaviors to identify competitive advantages.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, investors, and partners, ensuring buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal 'innovation sprints' to prototype and validate concepts that could disrupt our industry by 2026.
- Partnership Building: Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; PhD in AI/ML preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product strategy, technical consulting, or AI management, with a proven track record of leading teams through major transitions.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and the ethical implications of advanced AI.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to look beyond current capabilities and envision viable product futures 2-3 years out.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills; experience authoring whitepapers or keynote presentations.
