Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy and technical roadmap leading up to 2026.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing cutting-edge machine learning models and generative AI tools.
- Conduct rigorous research to identify emerging trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Oversee the integration of AI systems into existing product ecosystems to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business value and actionable insights.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering large-scale, high-impact projects.
- Deep understanding of neural architectures, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between engineering and business.
- Experience with ethical AI principles and responsible data governance.
