Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with >1000 citations
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum computing, and neuromorphic systems
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record of securing $5M+ in research funding
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience deploying AI systems at petabyte-scale data volumes
