Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI models optimized for future quantum hardware architectures.
- Lead the development of autonomous agents capable of complex decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI pipelines into our 2026 roadmap products.
- Optimize inference engines for low-latency, high-throughput neural network processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Research and prototype novel algorithms for next-gen computer vision and natural language processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and hardware acceleration (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI solutions.
