Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in a cloud-native environment.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the deployment of models into production environments, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Conduct technical due diligence for new projects and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end ML solutions in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps tools and data pipeline orchestration.
