Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits of machine learning models across 10+ product lines
- Collaborate with UN bodies and OECD to shape global AI policy standards
- Design bias mitigation protocols for neural networks processing sensitive data
- Train 500+ engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Establish real-time ethics monitoring systems for deployed AI systems
- Author white papers on AI ethics for peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (Nature AI, ACM FAccT)
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Proven track record influencing enterprise AI strategy at Fortune 100 companies
- Fluency in Python with experience in fairness libraries (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of existential risk mitigation in superintelligence development
- Certification in Responsible AI from Stanford or MIT
