Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI systems using advanced analytical tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design ethically-aligned AI architectures and deployment strategies
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI ethics, fostering dialogue between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Author position papers and policy recommendations for industry standards and regulatory bodies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, AI, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology development
