Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with IEEE 7001 and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for ML models deployed in production
- Lead stakeholder workshops to translate ethical principles into actionable guidelines
- Author governance documents for AI systems handling sensitive data
- Partner with engineering teams to implement ethical-by-design solutions
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update compliance strategies quarterly
- Represent the company at global ethics forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Proven experience implementing bias mitigation in ML pipelines
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical/non-technical audiences
- Published work on algorithmic fairness or digital ethics
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tools (AIF360, Fairlearn)
