Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with Fortune 500 partners
- Author industry thought leadership on emerging AI ethics regulations
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical guardrails in AI systems
- Monitor global regulatory landscape and advise on compliance strategies
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance across product lifecycle
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech policy
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Proven track record of implementing ethics in production AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Published research or significant contributions to AI ethics discourse
