Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and data privacy standards.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or Software Engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven ability to obtain and maintain visa sponsorship (H1B, O1, or Green Card sponsorship available).
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
