Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level systems including cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and network solutions
- Lead IT security initiatives including vulnerability assessments and compliance frameworks
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations and implement automation tools
- Document system architecture, processes, and disaster recovery plans
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration and infrastructure management
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (Ansible)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
