Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems and machine learning models
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across algorithmic decision-making processes
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical AI deployment protocols with enterprise clients
- Create regulatory compliance strategies aligning with emerging AI governance legislation
- Author thought leadership papers on responsible AI adoption and societal impact mitigation
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI design principles and implementation
- Represent the company at international AI ethics consortiums and policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in AI ethics, algorithmic governance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulatory landscapes
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical implementation guidelines
- Experience conducting bias audits using fairness metrics and explainable AI tools
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or professional certification in AI ethics or responsible innovation
