Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, ML governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in ethical frameworks (e.g., Asilomar Principles, EU AI Act)
- Experience with AI risk assessment tools and methodologies
- Strong understanding of ML/AI systems and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work or proven track record in AI ethics research
