Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development lifecycle
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
- Build cross-functional ethics committees and training programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or algorithmic governance
- Expertise in fairness metrics, bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals
- Proven ability to translate ethics concepts into technical requirements
- Excellent communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Publications or contributions to AI ethics standards preferred
