- Author white papers on emerging ethical challenges in 2026 tech landscape
- Mentor engineering teams on ethical design principles and compliance standards
- Partner with legal teams to navigate evolving AI regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, algorithmic auditing, or responsible tech
- Expertise in bias detection tools (AIF360, IBM Fairness 360) and explainable AI
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
