Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Develop governance protocols for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI deployment
- Advocate for ethical AI standards with regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics implementation
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of AI bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong technical aptitude for AI system analysis
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy
- Published work on AI ethics or governance (highly desirable)
