Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with evolving regulations (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Conduct risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical principles into product lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder engagement with policymakers, ethics boards, and industry consortiums
- Establish audit protocols for algorithmic fairness, bias mitigation, and transparency
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI and update governance strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Deep expertise in global AI regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks
- Strong background in machine learning model evaluation and bias detection
- Experience developing corporate AI ethics policies and audit procedures
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical-ethical discussions
