Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and fairness across 200+ AI models
- Develop policy blueprints for regulatory compliance in 15+ jurisdictions
- Chair the AI Ethics Review Board with quarterly stakeholder summits
- Author thought leadership papers for Nature AI and IEEE journals
- Mentor junior ethicists through our AI Fellows program
- Partner with UN bodies on global AI safety standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record in implementing EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics and neuro-symbolic AI systems
- Published research on AI alignment or value learning in top-tier journals
- Certification in AI Risk Management (CAIM) or equivalent
- Experience testifying before congressional tech committees
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
