Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Conduct advanced risk assessments and bias audits for cutting-edge machine learning models
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed ethical considerations into product development lifecycles
- Shape industry standards through whitepapers and policy recommendations for regulatory bodies
- Design human-centered AI interfaces that prioritize transparency and user agency
- Establish audit protocols for emerging quantum computing and neuromorphic AI applications
- Mentor next-generation AI ethics specialists through our 2026 Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven expertise in developing regulatory-compliant AI systems for high-stakes industries
- Deep understanding of global AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Technical proficiency in machine learning architectures and data pipeline analysis
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable engineering requirements
- Published research on AI ethics or related topics in top-tier journals/conferences
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., Google AI Ethics, Microsoft Responsible AI)
