Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with interdisciplinary research methodologies
- Strong communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible AI journals
