In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and ethically sound.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI/ML infrastructures for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- Define technical strategies for integrating AI agents into enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning.
- Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing and computer vision.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
