Responsibilities
- Planting & Harvesting: Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate tractors, harvesters, and other farm equipment under supervision.
- Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and perform minor maintenance on tools and machinery.
- Packaging: Sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to ensure a secure environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with fellow workers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Work Authorization: Must hold a valid H2A Visa or be eligible for sponsorship.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in outdoor conditions.
