Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, weeding, and harvesting crops.
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect fields for pests and diseases and apply treatments as necessary.
- Assist in the packing, sorting, and loading of produce for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as required by the harvest season.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa documentation (or proof of eligibility to obtain one).
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods outdoors.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow supervisor instructions.
