Responsibilities
- Harvesting Operations: Efficiently pick, pack, and transport crops according to quality standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of farm machinery and tools.
- Field Management: Assist in planting seeds, weeding, and maintaining field infrastructure.
- Crop Inspection: Monitor plants for signs of disease, pests, or stress to ensure optimal growth.
- Logistics: Load and unload trucks and processing equipment in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow crew members to meet daily production targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Visa Eligibility: Must hold a valid H2A visa or be eligible for sponsorship.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in farming, labor, or agricultural work is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency is required to understand safety instructions and work orders.
