Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to seasonal schedules
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation/pest issues
- Maintain farm cleanliness and equipment upkeep
- Work in diverse weather conditions (heat, wind, rain)
- Adhere to all USDA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year of agriculture/farming experience
